Employees are no longer confined to traditional office spaces; instead, they have the flexibility to work efficiently from various locations. This study delves into the creation of a remote presence application, named "The SIMPEG-Pres," within the framework of an "e-Office Application." Tailored for Ministry of Agraria and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency employees, this application incorporates remote check-in features, focusing on transparency, informativeness, and georeferenced capabilities. The e-Office application requires seamless extraction of attendance data from the services layer, manifesting as a mobile application. Employing the SIMPEG-Press application in the SIMPEG e-Office system, utilizing an Oracle database and Python backend, the research validates the "published or perished" paradigm and ensures database security. The methodology involves implementing a dummy database and categorizing employee attendance and location zones based on specific parameters, guaranteeing efficient system and user management practices. The study culminates in a comprehensive matrix outlining Land Information System (LIS) development within the BPN environment, analyzed through system development theory. Additionally, the research outlines potential opportunities and challenges in the future trajectory of LIS development, providing valuable insights for both practitioners and scholars.

Keywords: Application Programming Interfaces, Location Based Services, Land Information System, Remote Presence Application, Python.
2023-11-15T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Fahmi Charish Mustofa, Umar Ali Ahmad, Bangkit Indarmawan Nugraha http://jurnalkadaster.stpn.ac.id/kadaster/article/view/26 Suitability Assessment of Land Use in Accordance with the Detailed Spatial Plan for the Bagendang Industrial Allotment Area 2023-11-15T16:46:24+07:00 Reza Nur Amrin rezanuramrin@gmail.com Gita Cahyani Maulida gitacahyani2305@gmail.com Rahma Indriani Diana Bd dianabde27@gmail.com Yehuda Rainata Sangkay rainatasangkay22329@gmail.com
One of the primary strategies aimed at fostering industrial development in Kotawaringin Timur Regency involves the implementation of spatial planning policies through a Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR) within the Bagendang Industrial Allotment Area (KPI Bagendang). Despite the publication of RDTR KPI Bagendang in 2021, there has been no subsequent research conducted regarding the conformity of land use as stipulated within the RDTR. This study aims to assess the land use status within KPI Bagendang in 2022, evaluate its alignment with the regulations specified in RDTR KPI Bagendang, and identify any discrepancies in the area. A qualitative descriptive research method was employed within a spatial framework. RDTR KPI Bagendang designates 1,358.32 hectares (35.89%) as Industrial Areas, yet the predominant land use consists of plantations covering 2,937.39 hectares (77.61%). The evaluation indicates that 3,719.34 hectares (98.26%) conform to RDTR guidelines, while 65.68 hectares (1.74%) exhibit non-conformity. These findings affirm that the majority of space utilization within KPI Bagendang aligns with the plan, although discrepancies primarily arise from building structures along riverbanks, roads, and areas initially designated for plantations.

Keywords: Spatial Planning; Land Control; Space Utilization; Kotawaringin Timur Industrial Development; KPI Bagendang.

INTISARI

2023-11-20T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Reza Nur Amrin, Gita Cahyani Maulida, Rahma Indriani Diana Bd, Yehuda Rainata Sangkay
